Costco tire center is great to deal with! rotation, balance, nitrogen inflation, nitrogen conversion, and even flat repair. Staff has always been so helpful (especially Desiree who went out of her way to help us today on the phone). We always get our tires here now!
I had a wonderful experience at this tire center. I came in with a flat tire and had a warranty on it. I wish I had written down the name of the person that helped me but she was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the tire, which wasn’t easy to find. I had to leave in the morning the following day and they were very considerate of that. All of the employees were great.
My Benz currently has run flats. They are due for replacement so went to Costco. I wanted them replaced with Michelin non run flats since they had 65000 mile warranty.The lady at the front desk told us they won't be able to honor the 65000 mile warranty since I'm replacing run flats with non run flats. I'm not sure why since I was replacing all 4. Went to BJs and they said it didn't matter since I was replacing all 4 and the warranty on the New ones would be fine. And I got them for cheaper than Costco !!
