I had an excellent experience getting my tires installed at Costco. I checked in at 12:10 PM for my 12:15 PM appointment, and to my surprise, I received a message exactly at 1:10 PM saying my car was ready. The entire process was smooth, simple, and very efficient. The staff was friendly and organized, and everything went exactly as scheduled, no delays, no hassle. It’s rare to find such prompt and professional service these days. Highly recommend Costco Tire Center for anyone looking for reliable and quick tire service!
Made an online reservation for tire rotation about two weeks ago. In and out in EXACTLY one hour. Desiree was very punctual, courteous, and profession. Thank you very much for your service and keeping my morning on a predictable track!
Careful bringing your car to this location, If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car in after buying tires online and made an appointment. I showed up on time and the staff was able to take my car back quickly. I asked about having replacement TPMS sensors installed and the woman working the front desk said she would make a note for the installers.
