I really don't care if they did a good job with the service or not, they tampered with my security camera system and disabled and cleared some of the memory and operation. Your staff has absolutely no right to go through the settings of anything on my vehicle aside from what has to do with the little maintenance your shop actually does.
I visited the tire center here in Arundel Mills Maryland and purchased a set of new tires in April 2025. In October 2025 I had a blowout driving on 32 West towards Columbia Maryland. I returned to the store and paid $50 to get a new tire replacement. Two weeks later I had another tire to go flat and a returned to Costco to determine the issue and they claimed the first tire had a nail in it and this tire also had a nail in it.
