I visited tire center today for tire replacement and I was already frustrated with Costco Columbia tire center and their rude staffs behavior.A guy name Forrest approached me and took care of my tire installation very kindly.I explained why I picked up my tire from Columbia costco to be installed at their store he listened to my concerns and he says sorry for something he was not responsible for saying to me and given me excellent customer service I highly recommend this tire center and please don't waste your precious time ... read more
Made an appointment to get my tires changed. When I made the appointment they told me they had the tires in stock. However, when I showed up to my appointment they told me they had no tires in stock. Seems like a gamble on whether or not you'll actually get serviced at your scheduled time.
If you need help in jumping your car battery don't bother asking them. They'll be happy to sell you a battery or loan you a jumper in exchange for your car. But God forbid if you need help, they'll ditch you in the cold. Your employees should be ashamed of themselves for treating my elderly mother in such a terrible way when she needed help jumping her car's battery to get home. How disgusting.
