7:00 appointment, 8:35, they finally got it in the shop. Why the heck did I come in for 7 o-clock? And that’s for a simple tire rotation.
Very rude employees at the tire and battery department
Very disappointed in customer service and communication.
Costco was supposed to look for the welfare of their customers, but when I came in to claim my road hazard warranty for a flat tire; the staff member who attended to my inquiry told me that the tire was beyond repair and that I needed to replace all four, despite only having driven 28K miles on each. I took it to Les Schwab, and they fixed it for free.
