Terrible customer service.
They said an hour. So I stayed and shopped 35 hours later got the car back.
Melodramatic sighs when I asked for an estimated time frame which is standard courtesy they failed to provide. Quiet quitter energy Simple nail on tire got in 1115am for a 1130am appointment I'm still here at 2pm! Avoid this place. Go to rancho Cordova tire center. Edit I've never seen such audacity to treat and talk to people like the way these guys do here let alone a 3hr tire patch on a schedule appointment. I wish I went to corporate about this the day of.
Very slow customer service! If you have that many customers, consider hiring more staff.
