When I dropped my wheel I was told that it’ll take like 2 hours and they said they’ll replace my spare tire on the car, I will get a call when it’s ready. I got a call after 3.5 hours and when I got there I was told that I should wait in line another 35 min or so. Took my vehicle in last week with an appointment for a rotation and balance. After checking in (on time!) with the manager, he stated the service would take an hour and they'd call when it was ready. That seemed relatively standard; however, their follow-up notice was unexpected. After an hour wait, they called to notify that there was light feathering on the tires and that they WOULD NOT do the rotation.
