Huge thank you to Alex and Mark at this Costco Tire Center! We were driving from Sacramento to San Francisco with kids in the car when we discovered a nail in our tire. Even though they were scheduled to close within the hour, they fit us in right away and got us safely back on the road. We’re so grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and excellent service - true lifesavers in what could have been an extremely frustrating situation.

First time here. We ordered tires for my car on Saturday. We were told the tires will be delivered the next day. We called twice the next day and reached two different staff who gave us conflicting information. We called them every day out of desperation because my car is the family car which we use often having two babies under age three. Finally the tires were delivered on Monday.
