I dont think Mark in Sales has ever worked on a car, let alone touched a tire or installed a battery. And closing with only two people at night isn't enough.
I had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center in Rancho Cordova. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I needed a tire replaced, and Costco honored their tire warranty, so I only had to pay a small deduction, which was much appreciated. A special thank you to Alexis for his outstanding service.
