Noticeable worse service than the Natomas center. These guy's absolutely suck.
UPDATE | Purchased another set of tires for my other truck the week after Thanksgiving and took only one hour for replacement. ——————— Not sure why it took me over 25 years to purchase tires at Costco. Prices are unbeatable when including road hazard warranty, nitrogen, & TPMS, plus substantial rebates; but time is valuable too. Always doublecheck the Costco website during a holiday such as Labor Day of 2025, because the staff aren’t privy to one day sale information. Disappointing Experience at Costco Tire Center I’ve always trusted Costco for quality and customer service, which is why this experience at the Tire Center was very disappointing. I had an issue with a tire that should have been covered under Costco’s road hazard warranty, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and poorly communicated. experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from the supervisor, who repeatedly refused to honor the tire warranty and would not proceed with the tire replacement, even though the tires are still under warranty.
