Understaffed? Hardly answer phones. Still waiting... 40+ minutes to buy a battery. Tires and batteries are nice. Edit: The last two times there was an improvement in the staff's positive/friendly attitude. 2 more stars.
The guys are too rude, took me 2 hours to replace tires, and when I came to ask about the status I noticed that my car is done and nobody cares. They just waived on me and responded rudely. Waiting outside under the sun ☀️ is not fun . I was very disappointed such service at Costco. Not recommend this location .
