I bought a set of tires from Costco. Received a call saying my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived (my car still in the stall) the tech told me the tire check indicator inside my vehicle was illuminated. I wondered why and asked if I could see what the pressure was on each new tire. He was insulted, said it happens and my tire indicator would need repair. Another person came to check my tires pressure and then a guy named Alfredo wanted to know what the problem was. Understaffed? Hardly answer phones. Still waiting... 40+ minutes to buy a battery. Tires and batteries are nice. Edit: The last two times there was an improvement in the staff's positive/friendly attitude. 2 more stars. Edit Edit: Still having a much better experience than a while back. Up to 4 stars now.
