Very poor experience at the OP costco tire center. Despite booking an appointment, I had to wait in line and I was made to run around between the bay and the reception center and the receptionist was very unprofessional, dull and uninterested in helping any customer. They cozy up and act all nice while selling their tires but once that is done, the customer service experience is horrible. Do not recommend.
They have the cheapest and best batteries, maybe in the whole nation
Eric (Bear) he is the best!! I drove over exploded tire from a truck over the highway and got jammed between the rear tire and the suspension. I couldn’t remove it by myself and while I’m driving, I was making sparkles then I went there to Eric and he was very very nice to me he helped me Very quick and he didn’t charge me. He didn’t accept tips. I really appreciate it Eric or bear as you like to be called. Thank you so much bear 🐻
