Eric (Bear) he is the best!! I drove over exploded tire from a truck over the highway and got jammed between the rear tire and the suspension. I couldn’t remove it by myself and while I’m driving, I was making sparkles then I went there to Eric and he was very very nice to me he helped me Very quick and he didn’t charge me. He didn’t accept tips. I really appreciate it Eric or bear as you like to be called. Thank you so much bear 🐻
Avoid Costco Overland Park Service Center. Had an appointment for a tire replacement and waited several hours. Poor time management for a premium service. Not recommended.
Very busy prace. Appointments work pretty well. Batteries are not available for installation services.
Horrible tire buying experience. 3 hours to put on a tire with a scheduled appointment. They don’t have a road force balancer so won’t be able to tell if a tire is bad from the factory. You will either have to live with bad tire vibration or go someplace else to have it diagnosed. Great pricing but not worth the cost of spending hours standing around costco for a much lower quality of service that someplace like Discount Tire.
