DO NOT buy your tires here!!!!!!!!! They look for any excuse to not honor their “road hazard warranty”. Every time I am in there it’s a song and dance. They are always arguing with someone about why they can’t honor their warranty or rotate the tires and so on. They are all scammers and will come up with anything to make you purchase new tires. Employee: “Oh you have to bring the vehicle back every 7,500 miles to get the tires rotated, it says right here in the contract.” Customer: “But sir it’s 7,501 miles.” Employee: “Nope... read more

If I could click no stars, I would have. I scheduled an appointment at the Costco Tire Center for a tire rotation, balancing, and nitrogen air inflation. Despite the appointment, my tires were not rotated, and when I picked up my car, all four tires were at 20 PSI—well below safe levels and completely unacceptable. There’s some good people and there’s some bad people for example Jose is very nice and he helped me out a lot but I’ve witnessed myself and what these reviews say that the people there are rude is true. I’ve seen Anthony disregard another customer who just wanted to ask a quick question he then proceeded to chat to the other customers and called the customer rude. They need to have a dedicated person on the phone because I witness it. They never answer it. They never will answer so don’t even bother calling. Do better Costco... read more
