I am a Costco customer for a long time. This place is horrible. People are not helpful here. I had a flat toggle. I was shopping that couldn't help me come back next day. My wife was there a week ago.She had a nail on a tie.I told her the same thing very nasty, not helpful.People

I purchased 2 tires for my truck at this location. I scheduled an appointment to have them installed for yesterday at 11:30am. I got there at 11am, just waned to drop the car and then go and do shopping, hopping that they will replace the tires while I do the shopping. The guy in front told me that I was early, that I need to come in on scheduled time at 11:30am. When I came back at 11:30am, they said the weight time is 2 to 2-1/2 hours. ALWAYS LONG LINE. They never pick up the phone. When you come in, there is always a looong line.

I go in, ask for a bfgoodrich tire said they might not have it. I said please check. Ask for tire size and they need the speed rating. Okay im asking for that specific tire just check. Show him what costco app said my tire specs are. He said no i need the whole thing. I go out take the photo of the tire. The same thing as what the app tells me. He tells me they dont have it. I told him i have some Michelin defender. He said he can get that for me. Just tell if you don’t want to work. I understand you dont got the bfgoodrich ... read more
