I am so glad I purchased my tires from Costco because where I usually take my car for an oil change, they Wanted to charge me a lot more then what I paid for at Costco. Everyone on the team were great, super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately the tire team from Avon location refused to replace this tire that still under road hazard warranty claiming that it still “safe” to drive like that…. Take a look yourself to the attached pictures … do you feel that horizontal cut seems safe ?
We got a flat tire up the road from Costco and were able to get our car up to them they were able to get us a new tire and had it on in less than a half hour and the tire was very affordable. The guys were super helpful. I would absolutely use them again for tire replacement.
Update 4/36: Thomas was very professional at sorting out the issues. Yep, it turned out to be 2, and not 1. He has the positive, constructive, patient approach that is needed in these situations. The issues, while minor, were addressed timely and accurately. Happy camper here. I knew this company only hires the best, and Thomas is one of those good guys.
