We got a flat tire up the road from Costco and were able to get our car up to them they were able to get us a new tire and had it on in less than a half hour and the tire was very affordable. The guys were super helpful. I would absolutely use them again for tire replacement.
Update 4/36: Thomas was very professional at sorting out the issues. Yep, it turned out to be 2, and not 1. He has the positive, constructive, patient approach that is needed in these situations. The issues, while minor, were addressed timely and accurately. Happy camper here. I knew this company only hires the best, and Thomas is one of those good guys. I would have to say I have had the best tire experience of my life here. Wadley was beyond courteous, extremely diligent and more than helpful with my search for the right tires with my vehicle. Cosco always has given its members the best quality in product but now I must say they also provide the best employees as well. After having so many negative experiences with buying tires elsewhere I really appreciate Wadley and the rest of Cosco for turning that around for me.
