Avoid at all costs. Poor customer service. One of my valves stems came back leaky, protective coating left on my tires, little to no communication throughout the process

Costco's pricing on my tires was really good and its worth buying from the company. Unfortunately, customer service at this location is lacking. Associates are rude and seem bothered by customers coming into the store. I would not recommend using this location, instead, buy the tires and schedule your service at another Costco location.
There’s a reason they’re averaging 2 stars. Heed that warning and go to another Costco Tire Center. These employees are unfriendly and clearly not interested in providing good customer service; not what you’d expect from a department of Costco. It’s surprising because the employees inside the main store here are very kind and helpful.
