I had an outstanding experience at the Costco Tire Center at Cumberland Mall on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. I was greeted at the counter by Micah, who quickly completed my check-in. Shortly thereafter, Xavier conducted a thorough tire inspection before commencing any work. Alvin and the chipmunks are the worst. They punctured my tire as part of the tire rotation. When I went back, they said they don’t claim any accountability. I showed them the receipt for proof of service and told them that the tires have been losing the air only since I went to them. They asked me to leave and told me it’s not their problem.
Buyer Beware- don't expect them to honor any sort of warranty for your tires. They will fight you tooth and nail in order not to honor any sort of prorated price on replacing tires that are still under warranty considerably. Service to me is pleasant enough but the real problem I have with this place is their ethics when it comes to warranty issues. Save yourself the stress and trouble and skip Costco for tires.
Good batteries
Avoid this place. I got a membership because I heard the prices on tires were competitive. The amount of time I lost traveling back and forth to this place outweighs any potential savings. I spent $900 on 4 tires and scheduled an appointment for installation. I live pretty far so I called this location prior to the appointment so that I could verify that the tires were ready and my appointment time was still confirmed.
