Worst service I ever experienced. They do not want to sell or actually help. They just want the last word. Outrageous. I went in to ask for an appointment. You should be able to book online, but that process is way too complicated. The guy at the front desk was rude, made everything harder than it needed to be, and was only focused on winning the conversation. I called to confirm my appointment and I even showered up early. Over an hour later and my car is still sitting in the lot. They must have taken time management from a doctor. They have no concern for your time.
Inefficient , irresponsible with a “we do not care attitude”. With an appointment waited two hours to be given my keys and not even tell me they could not work on it!!! They could not get the tire off to get it fixed but they did not tell me.They were just going to send me home with leaky tire. I saw there was no charges thinking it was covered under warranty of tire and asked what did you do to fix it. He said we did not fix it!!!! let me go get my manager to explain!!!! Took over half an hour to buy a battery. Always takes forever to get anything done. Expect long wait for anything . They don't have dedicated employees for service desk
I had a very concerning experience at the Costco Tire Center, although I do want to acknowledge that the manager took my complaint seriously when I spoke with him afterward. I came in with a flat tire on my Audi. The technician told me that an alignment issue had caused my tire to become shredded/damaged and that it needed to be replaced. This was particularly confusing because my vehicle had been serviced by Audi about a month and a half earlier, including an alignment, tire rotation and balance.
