Took over half an hour to buy a battery. Always takes forever to get anything done. Expect long wait for anything . They don't have dedicated employees for service desk
I had a very concerning experience at the Costco Tire Center, although I do want to acknowledge that the manager took my complaint seriously when I spoke with him afterward. I came in with a flat tire on my Audi. The technician told me that an alignment issue had caused my tire to become shredded/damaged and that it needed to be replaced. This was particularly confusing because my vehicle had been serviced by Audi about a month and a half earlier, including an alignment, tire rotation and balance. Stay away from any Costco tire center in Atlanta. They are completely backlogged, and even with an appointment you’ll end up waiting forever. It’s obvious the tire centers are offering a service they simply cannot support. At this point, I’d recommend Costco shut ing down all of their tire centers until they can actually handle the demand.
Didn’t receive a call or text when the car was finished. Wasted an extra hour because apparently you are expected to check in on the car yourself. Incompetent staff.
