If you have 2.5hrs of your life that you don’t need back (and after it taking 20minutes to check in) then this is the place for you. I will stick to Pep Boys or Discount Tires.
Came in expecting to buy a $250 tire. Let only paying a 10.99 repair. The technician save me a lot and was very pleasant
I highly do not recommend this place. It's the worst call center I've ever seen! The staff are VERY LAZY, making it very difficult to process anything you need. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE BECAUSE THIS IS THE WORST
Excellent customer service! They’re usually very busy, which makes sense given the high demand for the great service they provide. I really appreciate having a 5-year warranty on my tires. Eric was especially helpful, he took care of everything I needed for all of my tires.
This is the most unprofessional tire shop I ever went to, first red flag I asked one of their employees can they assist me with putting air in my tires and he didn’t want to help he kept pushing it for me to do it myself. I’m literally a young lady. I don’t know how to use the machine. so I asked where’s the manager and he said he’s inside. One of the other gentlemen was nice of enough to help me after I talked to the manager. I asked did they have time to patch my tires they said yes for 10 dollars.
