Great experience! I came in with a tire issue and they fixed it right away. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need tire service again. Shout Out to EDWIN, JOHN, and FREDDY!!!!

they will give an appointment but the appointment will not mean much. You will have to wait 2 hours or more before they take your car with your appointment book. They don’t prioritize your flat tires. Appointment hours are not respected but mechanics are cool and professional. Need a bigger tires shop with more mechanics.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation, balance, and TPMS check at 5:30 PM. I dropped my vehicle off at 5:15 PM and was informed by the front desk that the services would take approximately one hour. However, when I returned at 6:30 PM, the car was not ready. I ended up waiting an additional 1.5 hours, bringing the total time spent to 2.5 hours. Furthermore, despite the long wait, only the tire rotation was completed. I have always enjoyed shopping at Costco and generally have great experiences, especially with the grocery and eyewear departments. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Tire Center was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect from Costco. I placed a tire order two weeks ago and was told I would receive a call within 4–5 days once the tires arrived at the location. I never received a call. The price may be good, but the technicians here are poor and management doesn’t seem to care. Personal property can get damaged, and there’s no accountability. They just send everything to a warranty claims department that is handled by a third party, not Costco directly. I’d recommend spending your tire money somewhere else.
