They never pick up the phone. Replaced all four tires and the car now shakes. Obviously didn’t get the balance correctly. I should have checked reviews before installing at this location, you’d think you shouldn’t have to with Costco. Lesson learned
Ordered tires online, they called us to make an appointment, showed up 5 days later to an appt that didn’t exist. They clearly did not care as they acted like it was a normal occurrence.
May 2026 update: Chris in the front and and Marvin were helpful. Sophia the Mechanic needs to get a management position she is the best This Cosco is a madhouse the tire center is also very busy! Be nice to the staff Tip make appointments online and come early on weekends
