As some other reviews mentioned, I would schedule online Saturday morning appointments to avoid waiting for hours. Tire pressure was set to OEM factory spec and waited about 1.5 hours to change all 4 tires.
Sam Tyson Chuck Edwin and the rest of the staff were very helpful. This Cosco is a madhouse the tire center is also very busy! Be nice to the staff Tip make appointments online and come early on weekends
Teterboro tire center was very professional. Besides the wait which is expected, the team worked efficiently and very friendly. Thanks to Christian and the rest of the team. Sorry didn’t catch everyone else’s name.
I went in a hurry because my tire was stuck in a nail, but they made an appointment for two days later. My tire pressure was dropping, so when I went back two days later, they said they had no tire and told me to come back in a week. This place is so hopeless, and they said that on a Friday afternoon. My tire pressure is still dropping.
Had a great experience at the Teterboro Costco Tire Center thanks to the team of Inieo, Marvin, Jon, Gabe, Sam, Christian, and Nick. Everyone was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. They were able to answer every question I had and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s clear this group works well together and takes pride in what they do. Appreciate the solid service. I’ll definitely be back.
