Great tire center! Brought my Audi Q5 2024 to repair 2 front tires, one with a nail and other with a screw. They reviewed both tires, repaired the one that had a nail through it, didn't have to repair the one with a screw since it was a short one that didn't go through. They refunded me the cost of one of the repairs since it wasn't needed. Got a tire rotation done at the same time. Great pricing and service that can't be beat!
Had a great experience with the staff at Clifton - Jeff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our technician Tim did a great job of keeping us updated on the status of our tire change. There was a bit of a mixup of where our tire lock was - and they were incredible patient as we figured out where to tell them to look for it. Overall highly satisfied with their service and kindness!
worst call ever made. Trash customer service.
I'll start by saying that the customer service is terrible. I called on Sunday, August 4, 2024, between 12:07 pm and 12:08 pm, and a woman answered with a very aggressive, arrogant, and bad attitude. She was neither professional nor patient in answering the questions. She didn't wait for me to finish speaking and was already giving me answers before I had finished talking. You can't have someone like that in customer service
