Rarely do I post negative reviews about a business, but this one just needs to be addressed. I purchase tires here because of their road hazard protection. So I recently ran over a foreign substance and punctured my tire on the highway, my tire went completely flat, so I had to slow down and pull over. When I brought the tire in for service, they told me that because I drove the tire while it was flat, it damaged the inside of the tire and they could not warranty it. I got a flat tire and called costco to ask if I need an appointment for a tire repair. Person told me they're not busy so bring it. I was 10 min. away. Here I am still waiting 2.5 hours later. for a tire repair? It seems no matter what service I got if it was installation, tire rotation, tire repair and even if I had an appointment it will be at least 1.5 hrs. Is the extra $ worth it? 🤔 Its a trick to keep you shopping.
Great Service got the job done with out appointment an emergency.
