I had a terrible experience at this tire center. I ordered two new tires to match my other Costco tires. 2 days ago they replaced them and told me I need to replace the older two as well. I asked if I could pick another brand since they just installed it the and mechanic said yes that’s option because there is a 30 day return policy. I was told I gotta talk to Liam. Fantastic service and good job! Had a few bad experiences at the Wayne Costco Tire Center but the one in Clifton was much better. They did a great job balancing the tires and scheduling with them went well.
On hold for over 10mins and no one ever came back to the phone. Wow.
