I ordered tires on 6/24/26 for delivery to the warehouse. They arrived on 7/8/26, but no one bothered to notify me until 7/10/26. Then, I was told that because of an internal error that made them unable to release my order, I had to call Customer Service and cancel it, then repurchase my tires in person at the warehouse. Despite this being the Tire Center's error I had to wait another day for the install, never received an apology, and am still waiting for my refund on the original order after being assured it would it arriv... read more

If I could give no stars I would. What is the point of making an appointment at a specific time if they aren’t even going to work on your car until an hour and a half after the appointment time? Horrible service. Don’t go. They told me an hour to an hour and a half wait and it took over 2 hours to get a seasonal tire change.
I brought my car in to have winter tires installed today and was told by the service gal that my spring/summer tires were “over 10 years old” and that the shop would refuse to reinstall them in the spring even though the tread is still in good condition. This immediately raised concerns, as my vehicle is a 2019, and after checking the tire sidewalls myself, the DOT code clearly shows the tires were manufactured in 2022, not 10+ years ago. I was just in a few days ago after purchasing four new all season radials. $$$$ First, I would like to mention that I am disabled, as this is part of why I was so unhappy with the whole situation. It has been a few years, since I have purchased tires at costco and the last time I was there on East Sprague the set up was very different and much easier to navigate.
