It's kind of hard to believe that a company with Costco's service reputation willingly puts its name on this tire center. Really, you would think it's an entirely separate company from a service perspective. They don't answer the phone (literally), so you must make a personal trip to ask any questions or to schedule service. Actually, I should say that some, but not all services can be schedule online. Service is really slow.
Worst service I encountered in a tire shop. I was there for 20 minutes and no one at the counter. After that a guy showed up and pretty impatient asking me what I want. Will never go again.
Bought tires online on Costco.com. Booked an appointment. Went to shop in the warehouse. They changed the tires in 30 minutes. Finished shopping at Costco, picked up the vehicle and left. Only gripe would be that the tire pressure seems to be different from the one they mentioned it to be. But wouldn’t worry too much about it. Will set it right on my next visit to Costco. Looks like there will be a wait time if you walk in.
Zero customer service. They always try to change the customer more than any other costco in seattle. Bad service
