Zero customer service. They always try to change the customer more than any other costco in seattle. Bad service
Costco Tire Center crews are cautious, friendly, honest, and respectful.
I was quoted 1-1.5 hours when I dropped off my car at 3:30. After 90 minutes I checked in and they told me another 45 minutes and said they would call me. I came back at 6pm, nobody ever called me. It was clear my car had been sitting finished for a while based on the timestamp on the paperwork they had printed.
Eric was exceptionally useless.
Came to the tire center. Met Jeff. I will make sure i don’t come here for the future! Member service is a joke here
