said will take 60-90 min but took 2 hours just to install new tires. what’s the point of making an appointment if walk ins get helped first
Great prices for tires
Not impressed with the service. Arrived 20 min ahead of my appt, was told it would be about a 90 min job (repair, rotation, balance), but 90 min after my appt they still had not started on my car.
They damaged my BMW’s front lip, I’m assuming they parked it way too close to the concrete. Manager denied it of course. I emailed the CEO & wrote a letter to executive escalations. I’ll write an update once we have a verdict… (UPDATE! 06-10-2025, I have officially won the claim, took the right tactics for them to work with me but it was effective upon talking to the right people).
