Lawrence was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind enough to explain my tires to me before selling me anything! It was a reliable, easy service. I took my car in on a Friday at 12pm, no appointment, and it was ready around 6.
Finally decided to try out the new technology with Bridgestone tires on my Lexus SUV and went with ordering them thru Costco in FC. Made install appt online and arrived about 30 mins prior and quickly was taken in. 4 new tires and 4 new tire sensors later.... it was completed within an hour and the techs would call with periodic updates as I kicked back on the sample couches inside the store. The team is professional and did their best to help me find solution as fast as possible. Got a tire blowout yesterday and it was after hours. I was not able to get the tire served; however, Lawerence was very helpful and gave me every detail on the tire model to order. I was able to check in this morning and get more help from Jay and the team. I am impressed by the turnaround time and will recommend the Costco tire team to my family and friends.
Jay at the front desk provided the most honest and transparent service to tire customers, including me, that I may have ever seen. Thanks for the help in a tight timeline.
