I'm a lifelong Costco member and my wife and I both worked for Costco. We have always loved Costco, but I'll never buy tires from them again after dealing with this tire center. Tires are never repairable, they always find a way out of the warranty, and today was the cherry on top. I was told my tires hadn't been rotated so they couldn't warranty them. I said they had been rotated because we did this song and dance the last time I had to buy a new tire they couldn't repair. I was told that even if they rotate the tires it do... read more
Don’t fall for the so-called “road hazard warranty” as is always impossible to prove that the tires were rotated every 5k miles. A simple inspection can tell you if the tires have been mishandled. Don’t fall for this scam
