Do they even care? (video is after tires balanced at Costco. The images of the tires were because they told me. I need a new tires, and that these were too worn out to rotate) Went in for a usual tire rotation and balancing. Here are the results. Great customer service! Helpful, informative, and speedy.
Just terrible. This is the kind of service you get after spending $1300 on tires at Costco. They scratched every single wheel. And they were too lazy to rotate the tire around the rim to reduce the amount additional weight necessary, and just slapped a ridiculous number of weights.
Had a very good experience with changing my tires. Technician was very knowledgeable and gave me few options. It was easy with the appointment and everything was done within the given slot.
