Service time is 2.5-3 hours for rotation and balance WITH an appointment. They will tell you it will be about an hour, but I have never had a rotation be done in less than 2 hours. Any cost savings is really not worth having to wait so long for service. Discount Tire will match Costco price anyway and they always finish on-time or early.
2 hrs and 45 min for a rotation and balance. Discount Tire would have been WAY faster than this.

I called ahead to confirm they had the tire I needed, then came in 1 hour early to double-check that I only needed 1 tire replaced. After waiting 1.5 hours, they told me they didn’t actually have the matching tire in stock — and that I’d need to buy all 4 instead. When I asked why, they blamed a system error. They wasted my entire day, gave me wrong information twice, and then tried to upsell me on tires I don’t need. Extremely disappointed!
