They would not honer their warranty. I had a damaged sidewall they said that since I did not have prof of rotation they would not replace the tire that had at least 4 or 5 times the legal tread ware left. Since the tires were on a 4 wheel drive vehicle I rotated them at home every time I chanced the oil. I told them they could measure the tread depth on all the tires, they said it didn't matter.
