DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!Tires may be available on sale initially but if you need a replacement you will wait and wait and wait. I was without a car for over a week, finally had my car towed to another tire dealer and got it done immediately. I was surprised at this level of service coming from COSTCO.
ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!! DO NOT DO TIRE BUSINESS HERE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PEOPLE MANAGING TIRE CENTER HAVE NEVER EVEN INSTALLED A TIRE BEFORE. Refused to install my tires that were purchased from them because they did not want to warranty them! Not to mention anti-family friendly!!

I have experienced challenges reaching the tire center by phone to schedule a rotation appointment, and have encountered delays during the tire rotation and checkout process. It may be beneficial for the establishment to consider adding dedicated staff for scheduling and checkout to enhance efficiency.
Went to get a rotation and balance for my truck. I called ahead to make sure they were not busy since I did not have an appointment. Took them less than 30 minutes to complete it and my steering wheel no longer shakes.
