Cody was extremely helpful. And got my tire taken care of in under 30 minutes. Was a great experience and outstanding service. Wayne was helpful as well.
This Costco tire center is a joke as can be seen from many of the other reviews. I purchased replacement tires for a Mazda cx3. Tire size is oem but because the rim is not from Mazda they said they couldn’t install them.
I am a stickler when it comes to tire balance. The Baton Rouge Costco has put on tires on 2 cars and my truck. To my surprise......perfection on every install. Never get tires from Sam's or Walmart. The manager at Sam's told me they keep a separate fund to pay for damages it happens so often. I have had tire nightmares at Walmart. I assume the difference is that Costco pays their guys a very decent salary. Better people do better work. They actually take pride in doing it right.
DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!Tires may be available on sale initially but if you need a replacement you will wait and wait and wait. I was without a car for over a week, finally had my car towed to another tire dealer and got it done immediately. I was surprised at this level of service coming from COSTCO.
