⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed with Costco Tire Center I came in to have a simple tire patch done and was told it would take a while — but after waiting over five hours, they finally told me they couldn’t patch it because the tire was six years old. What makes it worse is they charged me $15 upfront and never refunded me, even though they didn’t do any work. Awful, awful, awful. Just go to an actual tire place. Our last tires had 10 yo warranty and we were in out in an hour. My appointment was at 11:30 here at Costco, they took an hour and a half to tell me the tire we ordered is wrong. Then they took 30 more minutes to do the switch. Than another 20 minutes to figure right tires and that they don’t have it. Then at the 3rd hour mark they told me they still need to order the tire…. Wow! Fast friendly service! I took my Honda Accord for all 4 wheels tire replacement. It is 18 miles away. I'm glad all other nearby Costco did not have the tires in stock. I drove here with my family in a van while had our accord towed here. We arrived at 11am while our accord arrived at 11:36am. Juan was the first person who took care of us.
