Awful, awful, awful. Just go to an actual tire place. Our last tires had 10 yo warranty and we were in out in an hour. My appointment was at 11:30 here at Costco, they took an hour and a half to tell me the tire we ordered is wrong. Then they took 30 more minutes to do the switch. Than another 20 minutes to figure right tires and that they don’t have it. Then at the 3rd hour mark they told me they still need to order the tire…. Wow! Fast friendly service! I took my Honda Accord for all 4 wheels tire replacement. It is 18 miles away. I'm glad all other nearby Costco did not have the tires in stock. I drove here with my family in a van while had our accord towed here. We arrived at 11am while our accord arrived at 11:36am. Juan was the first person who took care of us. Customer service is a must and goes a long way when they cannot deliver their warranty. One tire had a nail and needed immediate repair, the options were leave the car overnight or make an appointment, really! Went to a local tire shop and was done in 10 minutes.
Had an appointment last Friday at Costco tires at Savi ranch Yorba Linda location to get two tires fix due to slow leaks. It was later determined to be nails in both tires! Brad, Dax and the team were extremely helpful in getting them fix and was very quick to communicate. One tire was fixable while the other had two nails next to each other and was not fixable.
