On June 3rd I was passing through El Paso and had a flat tire. I believe the technician that helped me was Andy. My tire went flat before I was able to pull off the highway, so the tire was a total loss. Even without an appointment the crew at Costco was able to quickly get my car in to take care of the tire. Sadly a replacement tire was not available, but could be quickly ordered. We came here on a FLAT TIRE with a nail in it. They told us our car would be ready in 2 1/2 hours. We were like ok that’s long but it’s fine because they do have other customers. So fast forward 2 hours, we go ask how long our car has left. The guy tells us that they don’t even have the tire we need and they have to order it. So what have they been doing the past 2 hours..? Tire price 4/5 ( don’t offer a lot of tires almost same warranty other places) Service 4/5. Not enough to show integrity Walk in 5/5 Manager : N/A Claim 0/5 fill a paper and wait a phone call Refunds : takes a lifetime until you die *It was brought to my attention that the customer service for a claim is not we’ll impact. first and last time I,buy tires here.... made an appointment for a rotation and balancing, two hours waiting and it is still not ready....
I broke my tire while I was traveling, an employer checked my tire carefully. Though they did not have the tire fits my car in stock, but the employer did give me useful help. Thank you for helping me out!
