Terrible service. I bought 4 new tires, I went there to get them installed and never got them installed properly. They blamed other components such as suspension or brake system. You guys need more Trainning.

They have always been helpful, great warranty and great prices. I purchased my 2 back tires years ago and now I’m going to come back to buy the front tires.
Jasmine at the customer service was the rudest employee I have ever encountered at Costco. So much so that my husband said we will not be renewing our membership. We were gifted items and were trying to return them. After waiting in the line for almost almost 45 minutes and watching her almost the whole time just standing there she refused to help us.
They never answer the phone, not even when you’re there in person the phone is ringing and they just ignore the calls.
