First of all the have some fake warranty that they have excuses as to why your dead battery dosent apply. The guy told me to go to O'Reillys to get my battery charged. Which is absolute clown behavior. Also they say the battery is $118 but in the real world for all of us that aren't painted-face clowns the real price is $150 and you can get a rebate for returning a core. Terrible service. I bought 4 new tires, I went there to get them installed and never got them installed properly. They blamed other components such as suspension or brake system. You guys need more Trainning.

They have always been helpful, great warranty and great prices. I purchased my 2 back tires years ago and now I’m going to come back to buy the front tires.
Jasmine at the customer service was the rudest employee I have ever encountered at Costco. So much so that my husband said we will not be renewing our membership. We were gifted items and were trying to return them. After waiting in the line for almost almost 45 minutes and watching her almost the whole time just standing there she refused to help us.
