Do yourself a favor and skip this tire center. The wait times here are ridiculous and the staffing is a complete joke. The place looks chronically short-staffed—barely anyone working the counter or the bays most of the time. You’ll stand there forever just trying to check in because there’s often nobody at the desk. I have to rate the Tire Service Center as a '5 star' mainly cuz of the car battery prices. They are great. I hate coming into the store though with the grumpy employee guy at the entrance, Tuesday. He was hateful?
The team that was working tonight 1/16/26 at close was amazing! They helped me in a pinch fix a flat tire when I showed up 10 minutes before closing. Amazing customer service and honestly an amazing experience! They took what could have been a rough night and made it smooth and helped turn it around. Great team!
Costco Tires Department @ 17550 N 79th Ave in Glendale AZ damaged my rims! I was a loyal customer for many years and many sets of tires. Technicians at this location carelessly caused scratches (one of them the size of a penny) in 3 of the 4 tires they installed and the manager didn’t even investigate or compensate when reported.
