Great service! I bought a set of tires from Costco 2 years ago. Today, while on my way to work, I got a low pressure notification in my car and discovered that my front right tire had a nail in it. I took it to the closest tire shop, and they told me they couldn't fix it and to take it back to where I purchased the tires. So off to Costco I went. Terrible customer service. Costco should raise their bar and get some more personable people.

A bunch of liars told me that the tires had been repaired, but in fact they had not been repaired.
Came for a rotation and rebalance with 11:30 appointment. They said it would take approximately 1 hour. After 2 hours I went to ask about the time frame. They said it would take another 30mins. Apparently someone crossed off my appointment and wrote walk in. The gentleman at the counter did not seem to care. 2.5 hours for a rotation with rebalance with appointment. Beware!!!
