Most of the time no one at the counter, no calling bell kind of thing to inform the folks working inside. Have to wait patiently until they show up. Worst experience multiple times.
The worst experience ever. They double charged my credit card and it still hasn't been credited back after multiple phone calls to the tire center, upper management and corporate on line customer service. Unbelievable that no one has fixed this issue on Costco's side. I have spent hours trying to get this fixed. Horrible customer service.
