The team that was working tonight 1/16/26 at close was amazing! They helped me in a pinch fix a flat tire when I showed up 10 minutes before closing. Amazing customer service and honestly an amazing experience! They took what could have been a rough night and made it smooth and helped turn it around. Great team!
Costco Tires Department @ 17550 N 79th Ave in Glendale AZ damaged my rims! I was a loyal customer for many years and many sets of tires. Technicians at this location carelessly caused scratches (one of them the size of a penny) in 3 of the 4 tires they installed and the manager didn’t even investigate or compensate when reported. I even had the “before”pictures of the rims to show. If you care about your car, do not come here or any Costco since they don’t control their technicians for quality work. Most of the time no one at the counter, no calling bell kind of thing to inform the folks working inside. Have to wait patiently until they show up. Worst experience multiple times.
