Went in for a specific tire that I needed to fill every day. They were supposed to check it and never did. Now I have 2 costco tires and STILL have to fill the tire up every day because they didnt check. AND now to get it replaced it will be like 300 dollars more than if they just did their job and told me I could have replaced all 4. Will not be coming back.
I had a disappointing experience at the Costco Tire Center. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing with a small puncture in my tire, something that should take no more than 10 minutes to fix. Despite this, I was told they were already closing and that I should have come at least an hour earlier. On top of that, I was told that they generally don’t repair Tesla tires, which was surprising and not clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and inconvenient. Outstanding! I love my new Michelins! Caesar was very helpful over the phone and all the other guys in the shop too. Very professional and polite. Such a great experience.
Service writer inside is a jerk with a attitude problem. He should go work elsewhere.
