Service writer inside is a jerk with a attitude problem. He should go work elsewhere.
All the Employees at this tire shop were friendly, helpful and fast service to get you in and out.
They dont answer phone, out of stock of tire with no date for when they will have tires in. Bought outside tires for mounting, made appt online (cause they don’t answer phones) and then was told they don’t mount outside tires……..waste
These guys know nothing about cars. One person tells me that they will install tires on the 19” wheels that I bought to replace my 21”. The overall tires diameter is .25” different and they are saying it will cause issues with the car. The tread wearing down on the tires will cause more than a difference in diameter than .25”. Now they are telling me that they will not warranty the tires because they are not the same size as OEM. They do have good pricing as long as you are replacing the exact same sizes.
