This place has terrible service. The guy working the front desk didn’t confirm my appointment, so he canceled it. Luckily, I was able to reschedule for a later time. After twenty minutes, the mechanic called me to say my car would be ready in fifteen minutes. Thirty minutes later, I had to go up to the front desk and ask about my car, only to be told it had been ready for a while and that he didn’t see it was ready.
Avoid this place unless you have many hours to waste. Best to go to American tires just across the parking lot. If you dare try then I'll say told you so. Forget about service here at Costco. You'll be wasting many many hours to get even a simple repair like other has comment. Making an appointment is useless. Took over two hours to install. Just done another car over at American tires about a month ago. In and out took about 45 mins max. Look like this is why now Costco completely close the door. I do regret now and hope ot... read more
