Jeff.. you were wrong. You wasted your time today but more importantly you wasted my time. Please focus on customer needs next time. I was the only person in line and it took 10 minutes for anyone to help me, then another 10 minutes for you to check me out.
Bought tires online and made an appointment on a Friday at 11:30am. Dropped car off, let them know I didn’t have the tool to take off the Audi lug bolt covers, they said they had one, no problem. Installed the tires on my 2021 S4 in about 1.5 hours even though it was during the time most places would be at lunch. Price for Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 was hundreds less than anywhere else!
Great place to buy tires and get them rotated, especially for a Tesla. I appreciate that getting them done at Costco was such an efficient use of time because you can shop, have lunch etc.
