I’m not sure what the point of having an appointment scheduled for. I came in for tire rotation, which takes no more than 15 minutes to get done. It’s been 1.5 hours and my car isn’t even on the lift. This is like having a doctor’s appt but then you go and wait for another two hours before the doctor sees you. I understand if the shop is behind but it should be ready within the hour for a simple tire rotation. This is a waste of time.
Not sure if the manager was on spring break or what was going on, but the service this week was awful. Have used Costco Tire several times over the years. Had to go in twice this week because they were inefficient and did not communicate 1) when they discovered my tire could not be patched or 2) when they were done with my car like they’re supposed to. Impossible to reach over the phone. When you do reach them they are rude and unhelpful. Not worth your time.
The store smelled clean and fresh.
Jeff.. you were wrong. You wasted your time today but more importantly you wasted my time. Please focus on customer needs next time. I was the only person in line and it took 10 minutes for anyone to help me, then another 10 minutes for you to check me out.
