I need to update my previous review because unfortunately my experience was not what I originally understood. I purchased my tires from Costco Tire Service Center in Redwood City last year. Recently, one of the tires developed a bubble on the sidewall, so I brought it back to Costco. I believed the tire was going to be replaced under the warranty. Do not trust the wait time they give you. Best to leave and come back if possible
I never ever experienced it anywhere that a simple tire replacement jobs rake over 2 hours ! That’s with an appointment scheduled!
I had an appointment and they were 30 minutes late with the appointment. It took 2 hours for the car to be ready and it still is not ready. 30 minutes ago they said it would be ready in 15 minutes and now they said it's another 20minutes. I have great regret for not going to America's tire. Costco is great at so many things but tire service is not among them.
