They were running behind. Ended up waiting 3 hrs for the tires to be changed after having an appointment.
Chris at the reception was just tooooo helpful. He was so kind and assisted us and provided us with all the possible options. Truly appreciate him.
I was surprised to find that this was the only Costco in my area with next-day appointments available. However, after enduring a 3-hour wait for a simple tire rotation and balance, it became clear why. My mistake was not checking recent reviews of this tire center beforehand. Booking an appointment seems pointless—after waiting for 2 hours, I was informed that they hadn’t even started on my car. Similar Pathetic service experience to what the others said - made me wait 1.5 hours and then on checking, said that they had just brought my car in. And that it’d take another 1.5 hours. My mistake for scheduling the tire change here vs the one in foster city. I can’t believe that this is the experience at a Costco.
