Worst customer service experience. When I called, I clearly explained that I had a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y. Instead of asking the right qualifying questions, I was only asked whether the tire was the original Goodyear tire that came with the vehicle. Based on that conversation, I drove 40 minutes during my workday to get the earliest available appointment. They're pretty understaffed/ bad division of labor. We got a call to come early to our appointment. Because it was an appointment later in the day and they didn't want to have to stay after closing. We arrived 20 minutes early only to have to wait 20 minutes for the singular person running the desk to process two people and we couldn't just drop off. Steering felt funny afterwards, and they didn't bother to put the caps back on the bolts. Otherwise Costco price is good.
This is where we go for batteries.
This review is long overdue! I am not sure how this center was rated lower than a 5, but I experienced excellent service, received 4 top tier tires for a great price, quick installation, in addition to complete fact checked honesty about a tire that could have exploded at any moment and had not been caught by a tire shop several months ago.
