Updating my review, as with any service based business, the service can be hit or miss. Check the work. Check lugs nuts are secure even after the return torque check. Monitor tire pressure a little more closely after getting new tires. I would do this regardless of where I get my tires. However, I will continue to go here as the price is usually the best with the cash back for the credit card and the executive membership.
Ive been to a few different costco tire shops, and I incorrectly assumed they were all good. -Desk lady was very nice & professional. Seemed to be juggling a lot of work at once, and doing well. -Though whats up with the tire guys?! I had a 10AM appointment and was hoping to have my tires changed in between work. I figured it hopefully wouldnt take longer than an hour.. I get a call at 11:20 asking me if I have my wheel locks in the car… (They are in the car, I dont think they looked too hard) -How could they start so late?!... read more
