I’ll start this review off by a 5 star review for Bri. She is always nice, helpful,& accommodating. The guys who were working Saturday April 4, horrible. Laughed at me for coming in for a rotation even tho that’s what I literally needed. & tried to rip me off. I’ve been coming to Costco long before I was old enough to take a sample on my own, and this dude made me never want to come back. I’m going to try to see if another location can help me however. Appointments don’t really mean anything - had an appointment at 1pm - tired didn’t get put on until 2:50pm. Avoid unless the $100 you save over other tire shops is worth 2 hours of your time. It’s definitely not for me.
Great customer service I highly recommend Ryan is the guy!
The manager is incredibly unfriendly
