I refuse to believe anyone at Costco Tire Center when they say that something will be delivered tomorrow morning. Sunday afternoon, I placed an order and paid unfront for a tire I needed and the service member stated that it should arrive at 8 AM the next day Monday and I should come in the morning for them to replace my spare. I came at 9 AM Monday morning and did not realize that the tire center - like the entire store - opens at 10 AM. Booked an appointment , arrived 15 minutes early told to come back in 1 -1/2 hours. Came back in 90 minutes later car had been moved into the bay with no work. Checked at front desk and they again said 1 -1 1/2 hours. Sat for another 2 hours and 15 minutes watching the car get 30 minutes of work. They tell everybody it will be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Sat on a metal bench behind a stack of batteries as that is the only place to sit. The five hours of waiting was not worth the $200 I saved. Back to Big O or Discount Tires for me.

I had a terrible experience at the Aurora Costco tire center. When I went in for a simple tire purchase, a Costco employee caused significant damage to my vehicle, including the bumper, grille, fender, fog lamp, and undercarriage. Despite promptly reporting the incident and providing all required details, I have yet to receive reimbursement for the damage they caused in spite of providing documentation and an estimate from the body shop. I think the people that were working there are very nice and they're doing this much as they can. They appear to be overwhelmed by people who wanting to buy tires. You have to make sure that you have a reservation so you can get your car in otherwise they won't be able to service you.

Usually they provide a good service. But always extremely short handed. Long waits even though you make an appointment. There is only one person helping customers who comes in and answer calls. so when you call they always put you on hold for long period of time. If you walk in to make an appointment, it takes a long time as well. Will things could be faster.
