Service was great. Staff is very kind and easy to talk to.
Both times I have used the tire center there have been issues the first time they "forgot" to add air to the tires. The second time they sold me defective tires. UPDATE - Turns out they added 10 and 23 weights to wheels on the right side and there are only 0,4 on the left side. I am not an expert but this seems like the source of the vibration. Final Update - After 5 trips they identified that they put on 2 defective tires. Problem is I had to get a different brand and ended up paying an extra 120 dollars to not get the tire... read more
I worked with Kyle today in the tire center, and it was a great experience. He was patient even though I changed the decision on what tires we were using halfway through the process. He was professional, honest and very easy to work with. I appreciate him and look forward to working with, the Costco tire center in the future because of him
