Seems like there are lots of bad reviews, but I had a good experience here. I had a new set of tires installed, and they finished it in an hour and a half, which is how long they initially said it would take. Even put my old tires in plastic bags in my trunk (which I asked for).
Nothing wrong with the tires or the people there. If you have all the time in the world, this is your place. Got my flat repaired (brought in the single tire because I couldn't leave my car all day). Got it fixed then had to put on my own tire in the Costco tire parking lot because I didnt want to wait another day for an appointment. Will never buy tires from Costco again, stick with Les Schwab.
Super easy to order online and show up for scheduled appt. Staff were friendly and efficient. Took barely over an hour and there’s a Starbucks nearby to wait/work at if you don’t want to shop.
