Have had prompt service every time. Very plain and simple. I ask whrn my size goes on sale and they tell me and thats really it. I see the negative reviews and other than that one person having their wheels scratched (they need to be compensated) it seems people are frustrated with the queueing times. Their complaints are likely valid but I feel that expectations with automotive work are often unrealistic. It is what it is, this is just my two cents.
I would advise anybody to stay away from this shop. They do NOT care about the service quality. The evening that I was there waiting for the installation done, several others were treated in the similar fashions -- delays after delays, hurried hand-over, no apologies etc. Frustrating and upsetting. I never did the price comparison in the past or this time out of my steadfast loyalties to Costco in general, so wouldn't know how much I had saved by coming here time and time again. Costco Tire Center is a great place for tires and batteries. They always have great battery deals and rolling discounts on tires, which makes it easy to save money. We’ve had a great experience with the Bridgestone all-season tires. They’ve been reliable and perform well year-round. Sam is always very helpful there. Always good to see his smiling face. Be sure to rotate tires to keep them in warranty! Check the windshield sticker mileage!
My wife had an appointment for 1pm for tire installation. She didn't get out until 5pm... The man at the counter was rude, and when she was told the car was done, it had clearly been done for a while and forgotten about as it had accumulated a decent amount of snow
