Ordered tires on line to be shipped to store for installation. They called and said tires were in stack at this store and we scheduled appointment for next day. Well… got to store on time and they said they would text when done. 1.5 hours later I called to check on status and was told it would be another hour. Decided to visit tire dept desk to get status 1.5 hour after my appointment time. They had not started. Car was still in space where I left it! Will not go back to this tire department.
Even if you have an appointment expect an hour and a half wait. It's the slowest I've ever had for a tire installation with an appointment.

very rude salesman needed my tire changed and it was 6:48 I’m the guy didn’t want to change one single tire Meanwhile he was still getting paid for the minutes he was open
Cannot recommend these guys enough! My mom needed some new tires after getting a recall notice and they were kind enough to fit us in before they closed. We'd had a particularly rough day and they were so thorough and even walked us through how to get a refund for the recalled tires through Michelin. Special thank you to Dax, who helped us throughout the night. Your kindness was appreciated more than you know. Thank you Dax :)
