Terrible service. I had to explain the situation to four different people which could have been avoided if they just communicated or took notes the first time. And then I never got any notification that my car was ready so after 2.5 hours, I called and they said it was ready over an hour ago and maybe the text “got stuck in spam.” I’ve never bothered to review a tire repair shop before so you know it’s bad.

I attempted to get a simple puncture repaired. I had to use slime tire sealant to get the vehicle to the shop. After making an appointment and waiting 2 hours the informed me that the wouldn't repair the simple puncture because the slime sealant. But they would sell me a new tire. I understand that the sealant is messy, but it is non-toxic and cleans with soap and water, per the manufacturer. Very disappointing. Buyer beware. Costco's tire repair warranty is a joke.

Got a nail in my tire and was told it was not repairable. Since my vehicle is AWD, I would need to replace all 4 tires. I spoke with Joe and he helped me get in the next day after buying the tires. Paid $696 for my tires which for me was a great price. People think Joe is rude and dismissive but I love that mans personality. At the end of the day, he gets the job done. Very happy with Joe and my entire experience. 😊🙏🏽

After a failed attempt to have my tires rotated at a different location, I called the Hillsboro Costco to schedule an appointment for later in the week. Johnothan answered the phone and said he could do my rotation same-day! I appreciated how willing he was to make things right. Highly recommend buying your tires here and getting them serviced!
