Slow service, they don't text you back. Not impressed
I came here for two reasons: my tire had a leak, and I was missing some lug nuts. They tried and couldn't find the leak, and then they told me they didn't have any lug nuts to sell me and I shouldn't come back until I get some. So coming here was not a good use of time.
I like Costco Tire for a lot of reasons. The only thing places like Discount Tire do better is inform you of your tread depth. Costco doesn't tell you, when you ask, they don't know and they don't notate. How are you supposed to make an informed decision on a fairly expensive purchase? I, for one, like specific tires they never have in stock, so if I waited, I'd be out of luck and have to come back. What a waste of everyone's time. Price is competitive. That's it. The level of customer service is truly disappointing, bordering on unacceptable.
