Highly recommend here. Trouble with the slow leak of one tire for a long time. The store manager "Joe" is super friendly, professional, and helpful to set up an appointment next day, troubleshooting and get this long-lasting trouble resolved without charge(tires bought at Costco). Really appreciated for the help!!
The Costco Tire Service Center offers tire replacement services, as well as leak detection and repair. The service center is conveniently located on the left side of the Costco store.
I just want to know why the people that work here are so rude and unprofessional?? Hung up on my boyfriend when he was trying to schedule an appointment. Rude on the phone on more than one occasion. Finally scheduled an appointment only to find out that when he got there for the appointment, they aren't gonna see him at his appointment time and he has to wait in line?? What's the point of setting an appointment time of you aren't gonna prioritize the person that set the appointment for that specific time?? And then even afte... read more
