Communication is not the best here and the wait time is long. Took WAY longer than originally told and my wife missed her appointment because of it.
Worst at supporting, no proper guidance. Whats the reason behind phone assistance? To help or keep on hold. Disgusting costco!
Useless service, ordered wrong tire and still behaving as if my mistake no apology nothing. Will never buy anything after this. I would highly recommended to use other Costco
We had 2 vehicles in today for full tire set replacements. We ordered online and scheduled installation online which was super easy. When you do that they text you when your tires arrive at the store and give you the option to install sooner than your original appointment if they arrived early, which ours did for both vehicles. Other reviewers reported long wait times but based on our experience today that might be the exception not the norm. Made an appointment for 1pm. I get there, drop off the car. And shop for 1/2 hr. Go back to the desk and they haven’t even started yet. Then they tell me it’s going to be 1.5 to 2 additional hours. Here I am standing around waiting. No one told me to expect that long. Ridiculous and the attendant was kind of rude.
