Never again! I paid in advance and scheduled an appointment for new tires over 10 days ahead of time. I even called the day before the appointment to confirm everything was good to go. Then on the actual day of the appointment, I was told the tires weren’t in stock. I had a nail in my tire, and although it was losing air slowly, it wasn’t flat yet. I had replaced all my tires here just 6 months ago, so I went back on a Saturday to have it checked. They told me they’d order a new tire and that mine would be fine to use until then. They promised it would arrive Sunday, or at the latest Monday morning. Went for a tire patch they said it wasn't patchable then quoted me $700 for new tires. Janette did not show me the damage, she did not give me any reason on why they weren't fixable. She then told me that she put the old tire in the back and later found out she lied and threw it away.
