Terrible experience - I came for a 1 o'clock appointment and after 1:45 wait with no communication was finally fold sorry they couldn't get my wheels off... (??) not sure what is going on there but have not had issues at other tire shops when I get my tires rotated. Very frustrating
Made an appointment and our car was ready within an hour for a tire rotation. About a week later, we brought our car back to get a nail repaired. With an appointment, we still waited over 90 minutes.

Had a blowout in the late evening and couldn’t afford to miss work the next morning. Zach T answered the phone and stayed late to help get me back on the road. New tires are perfect and Zach couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had replacing tires. I will always go out of my way to come see Zach when I need work done. 10/10. Five stars. This man has earned my business for life. If a manager sees this: please give Zach a raise. Came in to hopefully get my tire patched but unfortunately my tires too old and they are not able to. Which was disappointing news, however, ZAK, was the one who made an unfortunate outcome much much much better. The professionalism, sincerity, care, empathy, humanity this guy has is unreal. You can tell he genuinely cares and y’all are extremely fortunate to have Zak. The customer service experience was superb because of his core being. Definitely will be coming back and or going anywhere Zak goes! Thank you
