Awesome service. Joseph is best. He went one mile extra.
No one answer phone for ever , can’t make an appointment for tire rotation. If you stop by they told you come back tomorrow since you don’t made appointments. Tire rotations over due for 4 months, causing tire damage.
This was my second time visiting this tire repair center, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The first time I came, they couldn't find the source of the leak in my tire, which was frustrating but understandable. However, when I returned a second time, they finally located the leak, but what happened afterward was unacceptable. When they handed me my car key back, I did not notice it was broken until I got to my car and tried to unlock it. The first lock button was completely missing, and the second one had come loose. I scheduled an appt for a tire rotation and tire repair. The shop was so quick! I really needed my tire fixed for a road trip this weekend. I worked with Joseph at the front desk. He was so polite, very demure, and mindful!
Joseph is terrible. Literally left, brought my tires from the back, went to the toilet, didn’t say anything, eventually someone else helped and I saw him smoking a cigarette in his car.
