Rude and slow services.- No one or only one person at counter. It took 25 minutes in line to pick up my car key.
Joseph is an absolutely terrible person. I don't understand why he hasn't been fired even after multiple reviews have called him out by name. It's a really bad look Costco. He was comically rude and dismissive to my wife. Kept her waiting at the register for 30 minutes until she finally got his attention, only for him to tell her they could only find three of the tires. People working at this shop didn't behave respectfully. They were just very rude. I will never use their service again.
The following is mainly a rating at the front of the house. We’ve scheduled appointments via the site and on two occasions the person drafting the ticket did not look at the appointment reason as a result the work that we asked for was not fully completed. They also say they will call of text when finished and we NEVER receive a call or text. When ever we’ve gone there it’s a long wait. The Costcos in the area have much better service.
