The following is mainly a rating at the front of the house. We’ve scheduled appointments via the site and on two occasions the person drafting the ticket did not look at the appointment reason as a result the work that we asked for was not fully completed. So i came in because there was a nail in my tire. It was patched up and fixed. Thanks for that However, the lug nuts were all cross threaded, over torqued, and crooked. I realized this when i had to take off the wheel and felt that all the bolts werent coming off easily. 4 bolts snapped. The mechanic mustve just used the impact to put the bolts straight on…. I missed an important meeting because i had to fix this mess…

No one answer phone for ever , can’t make an appointment for tire rotation. If you stop by they told you come back tomorrow since you don’t made appointments. Tire rotations over due for 4 months, causing tire damage.
