Excellent customer service from RJ. Had a hole in one of our tires under warranty during a long distance road trip and he was able to help us out.
Was put on hold and promptly had them hang up on me… after which they don’t pick up the phone…
Great service and low prices
I had an appointment scheduled to have my rotation and balance taken care of. I drop off my car to wait an hour and half. I receive no call or text so I go to check on my car. I wait at the register for 5 minutes to speak with someone. Finally, a guy with glasses comes up to help me and tell me that they weren’t able to work on my car since the tires need to be replaced.
