I’ve purchased all my tires from Costco for at least the past 15 years. The tires are a great deal, but the service at the tire center is poor, and it seems to only be getting worse. The staff who come and check you in at the counter often seem put out that you’re even there. Sometimes someone is friendly, but rarely anymore. I’ve been snapped at and treated like I’m just a burden. I don’t mind the occasional bad experience, but it’s almost every time now. I’ll have to start looking elsewhere in town for my tire needs. Worst service of any Costco or any auto repair I've ever been to. Service and scheduling are abysmal. I've taken my car there 3x in the past year 1) waited 4 hours WITH an appointment, only for them to tell me they could not put my tires on because they were too busy. 2) arrived for an appointment, but they could not do the service (inspection, balance and TPS replace) in the two hours I had available 3)arrived for another appointment for #2. I had an appointment on 08/15/25. Absolutely terrible service. Like most of the other reviews here say, don't waste your time. Whatever money you save will be lost in the amount of time it takes them to do the work. Even with an appointment it took them over 4 hours to change out my tires. I also asked them to change out a tire pressure sensor, so I paid for it at the beginning of the appointment. 3 hours later they call me recommending I swap out the very same tire pressure sensor. Nice staff but took over two hours with an appointment to tell me the screw in my tire didn’t even puncture.
