The Woodland tire center is very unimpressive and an awful representation of what Costco supposedly represents. Purchased a whole set of new tires on Costco.com. When I went to get them installed at this location, they forgot to put back one of our hubcaps and my daughter had to go back for it. What kind of carelessness is that? Good luck trying to make an appointment at this location, they do not answer their phones. When you go in as a walk-in, they will rudely tell you to call and make an appointment. Terrible costumer service He then asked if he could help another customer, and I said yes. But after that, he helped yet another customer, which made it seem like he was ignoring me. I told him it was my turn and that I had been waiting in line. He responded with a very վատ attitude and went to check my tires in a rude manner. Because of this, I left without getting service and did not buy the tires. I went to another place in Woodland where they were much more friendly, and I ended up buying all four tires there. Made appointment at 2:30. Showed up and was told it would be 90 minutes. Ok, not great. Car wasn’t finished for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Clearly Costco doesn’t care about this non-core business. I will be going to somewhere else where appointments (and customers) actually mean something.
I had Michelin Primacy tires installed here. On my way home, as soon as I got on the highway, my car started shaking severely. I returned the next day to have them check the issue, but they refused to help and said they couldn’t take walk-ins. There was no apology or responsibility taken for a problem that clearly resulted from their service. I had to go to another shop, where they told me the tire balance was incorrect. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else
