I had an appointment on 08/15/25. Absolutely terrible service. Like most of the other reviews here say, don't waste your time. Whatever money you save will be lost in the amount of time it takes them to do the work. Even with an appointment it took them over 4 hours to change out my tires. I also asked them to change out a tire pressure sensor, so I paid for it at the beginning of the appointment. 3 hours later they call me recommending I swap out the very same tire pressure sensor. Nice staff but took over two hours with an appointment to tell me the screw in my tire didn’t even puncture.
Multiple people waiting over 2 hours for their cars to be pulled in for tire change. Assistant store manager was not helpful. My recommendation is to go elsewhere for your tire service.
