Dropped my car off to get 4 new tires bought them online went in with a appointment my car was done in 1 hour looked at the tires looks good to me staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my experience went well make sure to make a appointment walk ins can take some time.

My tires are worn and one of the tires has a big screw lodged in it. I came in wanting to get two new front tires. After an hour of waiting, the supervisor tells me that something was wrong with the back tires and only doing the front tires would affect the transmission. They tried to talk me into to buying 2 more tires. All I wanted was for them to do the front two tires. I had issues with my tires and attempted to get them replaced. The first available appointment required a 2-day wait. After that, it took four additional days of repeated phone calls just to get confirmation that the correct replacement tire was available. Despite confirming the tire and being told the service could be handled over the phone, I was later informed onsite that I would either have to wait the entire day or schedule another appointment—again two days out.
