Took my car in at 4pm for a rotation and balance. It was done at about 5pm. But, they (Mark D) never called me telling me it was done, so I waited here for 3 hours for nothing. This is not the first time this has happened either.
This place is the worst. The guy was so incredibly slow, took 65 minutes to service 2 customers in front of me. Absolutely clueless. Needed to get a new battery that took 3 minutes to checkout. So annoying. Honestly not worth the $20 savings over autozone or o’reilly.
Kevin E was very helpful. There was no wait when we came in and he was able to save us over $100 on the replacement tire.
I love Costco but I was very disappointed with the tire center. I made an appointment and it's still took 2 hours for them to put on my tires it seemed like a very long time and that was after I had to wait a half hour to check in.
Jerry at Costco Tire Service Center in Tempe was terrific! He listened intently to my problem with my car and quickly offered to help diagnose the problem. He scanned my Costco membership card and off he went to figure out what was wrong. I'm thankful that he kept trying until he had success. To me, Costco Tire Service Center is the first choice for tires and great service. Thanks again Jerry!
