This is again Costco Tire . We went to shop at Costco warehouse but noticed our tire went flat. Costco tire center was great to took us in and help fix the flat. Due to the flat was unable to fit they helped put on spare tire for us. All was great and did not even charged us, we were thankful. However, when get home we noticed the tire was missing the Lexus special lug nut. We called and the employee immediately said oh your car was missing a lug already. Best experience I’ve ever had. I bought new tires and the gentlemen was so knowledgeable and catered my to driving and budget needs. The service was quick in terms of car service! Was about an 1.5 hrs which is to be expected when your car is getting serviced. Had the opportunity to shop a lil.
If you’re looking for fast service, this isn’t your stop. Had an appointment for a rotation and balance. Quoted an 1-1.5 hrs, been here for 2 hrs and counting.
On Friday, January 3rd, 2025, I had a 7 PM appointment at Tire Center for a tire repair. I arrived early at 6:45 PM and was seen at 6:55 PM. Despite the wait, no one informed me that they were behind schedule. At 8 PM, I discovered my car hadn't even been taken into the shop yet. I was eventually told my tire couldn't be repaired and needed replacement, but I wasn't given adequate options or time to consider them due to the late hour.
