I love Costco but I was very disappointed with the tire center. I made an appointment and it's still took 2 hours for them to put on my tires it seemed like a very long time and that was after I had to wait a half hour to check in.
Jerry at Costco Tire Service Center in Tempe was terrific! He listened intently to my problem with my car and quickly offered to help diagnose the problem. He scanned my Costco membership card and off he went to figure out what was wrong. I'm thankful that he kept trying until he had success. To me, Costco Tire Service Center is the first choice for tires and great service. Thanks again Jerry!
Went to warranty a battery that was purchased last year (1/24) due to multiple failures to start over a 2-3 week period. Interstate battery 24F/700/36, has died in both parking lots and off road without warning. Truck is a 2020 Toyota Tacoma which is carefully maintained and has shown no additional issues. I was told that in order to warranty the battery, as per new policy, the battery would have to be removed from the vehicle and brought forth to the desk to be tested - I keep my 10mm socket with me, no problem.
