By far the worst tire center experience I have ever had. I had an appointment and was told it would be quick when I dropped off my car. I stayed in the tire center and two hours later they finally attended to my car. Then they told me I had to replace all the lug nuts without giving any reason, which is ridiculous. If one, two, or even a few needed replacement, that would be reasonable, but blindly asking to replace all 20 lug nuts is completely absurd. 🚨Warning🚨 We’ve gone through 4 Costco car batteries within a year between 2 vehicles and it’s been a complete headache. The warrnty is i awful. Instead of honoring a full replacement, they only give you a small credit depending on how long you’ve had the battery. Most other places (like AutoZone or O’Reilly) offer at least a 2–3 year full replacement warranty, no questions asked. I lost a day of my life that I will never get back due to the Costco Tire Service Center located at 1445 West Elliot Road in Tempe, Arizona. I had ordered tires online and the website said it would take 10 – 14 days for my tires to be available. I placed the order in the evening, after Costco was closed, so I was surprised to be notified the next morning that my tires were ready to be installed.
