We used to appreciate the prices and warranty offered by Costco, but we’ve recently experienced several issues with the tire services at this location. On multiple occasions, the technicians rotated our tires without checking or adjusting the pressures. After repairing a tire with a plug, they forgot to inflate it. When they did inflate the tires, they sometimes failed to replace the valve caps. They also damaged our wheel locks. I arrived at Costco tire late with a low tire pressure warning light on my car. They were able to work me in, stayed over an hour late to help me, and were so nice. When I say they went above and beyond to help me, I mean they went way above and beyond, fixing the tire, staying over an hour late to help, made sure I was safe and taken care of to hit the road at night by myself, and did it with such a great attitude. I went to the Kennesaw Costco to add air to my tires. Before I began, a very kind employee from the tire center who happened to be in the parking lot took the time to explain exactly how to do it specifically for my car. Somehow I wound up screwing it up and deflating one of my tires. That is when I sought the help of another employee, Cordell. He graciously helped me by making sure all of my tires had the correct amount of air. I really appreciated his help, especially since I had a doctor’s appointment to get to quickly. ... read more
