Do not get your tires done here. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. First, they ordered the wrong tires, which delayed everything and turned what should have been a simple process into a two-week ordeal. To make things worse, when the work was finally done, they charged me extra instead of processing the refund correctly. I had to come back again and waste even more time fixing their mistake. Useless and slow. Half the time they cant do the tire repair because of x y z. This time they told my wife that there are two screws close to each other so they can repair. There is no second screw anywhere close by.

I had an appointment to replace two front tires. I asked the front desk person to please check the tire pressure sensors. I came back to check on the progress of the car (it had been an hour), and they said the car was all done and re-parked. No one had called me to tell me the car was done. I asked the employee that had checked me in whether they had checked the tire pressure sensors?
