i got to the costco tire shop with a deflated runflat tire the line and wait was hours long as i am ready to leave one of the managers asked me what the issue was i told him that i tried putting sir in the tire but it still showed flat he asked me to quickly bring the car near the bay and he would take a look he said it can be a faulty sensor he filled the tire with air checked it and said that there is no issue with the tire i was on the road within 10 minutes awaesome service and very professional i would highly recommend ... read more
Had two associates in service center. Had to wait while one was unloading a pallet and the other was on the phone. We were not acknowledged when we came in. The associates did not have much training in customer service. Looks like we will be using another service for our vehicles.
I was there this week. 4 tire change and rotation. They did a great, fast job. I waited in the waiting room. Jenano was at the front desk, he was very nice, not just with me, everyone after me. 5 star for him! Thank you!
The price for tire 2x more then at Walmart, tire Kingdom or other place.
