I came in for a tiré rotation with a 1045 am appointment it is now 1145 am still has not gone in yet whats the point of an appointment very upset costco lantana when hot my tires installed it only took 45 min

I arrived here at 9 am to either repair a tire with a nail in it or replace the front tires as they are somewhat worn. I went into the Cosco store as they said they would call me once they looked at the tire. Never called. At 12:35 I questioned why my car was never even brought in. I had to keep asking. When I looked at jeancarlos' name on his shirt, he realized the gameight have been over. They finally brought my car into a bay. I will update when they have finished what needs to be done. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience at the Costco Tire Center on Lantana today. I arrived at 9:00 AM with a flat tire and was told that tire repairs required an appointment, so I was scheduled for 2:30 PM. I returned at 2:15 PM for my appointment and checked in as instructed. I have been a member for a long time and don't know why the tire department has gotten so horrible especially the rude technicians. The tire warranty means absolutely nothing these days. Every time I get a hole in my tire they need to replace it and ALWAYS find a way to not honor the warranty and I end up paying almost the price of a new tire. One time when the tire was a week old.
