I have bought two sets of tires at Green Oak. Great experience both times. Most recent being today.
Got new tires. Good price. They inflated all the tires to the wrong pressure. Should have been 38 and they did them all to 32. And then scratched my black wheel like crazy, damaged all 4 wheels pretty badly. Tires work great, just wouldn't go to this tire center again moving forward. Just wouldn't trust them.
Staff was very nice and quick and helpful but the policy of not working on certain tires is caca. I bet it's because I didn't buy through costco. Just my guess.
An interesting experience with Joey at Costco Tire Center. He was patient in explaining everything until the purchase and rude while returning the car. I asked for clarification - he responds "its in document" rudely, and not even trying to brief, etc. It was understandable if there was a rush, but no one was in store. I generally had good experience at Costcos and previous interaction with others. This ONE special STAR is for Joey.
