Nico and Bryan are fantastic staff at this Costco Tire Center location. They are courteous, patient, helpful, and very hard working. This location gets very busy, and I hope these guys and the entire crew, actually, get the credit they hugely deserve! Big thanks for taking care of my vehicle and tires, fellas!!
One word. Nightmare.
Frankly, this tire shop was a complete disaster. If you're expecting expertise from a place that only does tires, prepare to be severely disappointed. Unless you're willing to coddle the staff – and let's be real, it felt like tiptoeing around them – you'll get garbage service. I've had better experiences at Walmart, which should tell you everything. Five. Five! visits it took for them to get a simple tire issue right. And even then, it required the store manager to step in and to help them fix the issue. Never again.
Tires were installed great and no issues so far BUT it should not take 2.5 hours when you made an appointment.
