Frankly, this tire shop was a complete disaster. If you're expecting expertise from a place that only does tires, prepare to be severely disappointed. Unless you're willing to coddle the staff that shocking all look like men – and let's be real, it felt like tiptoeing around them – you'll get garbage service. The tire center at this location is a complete disappointment. Booking an appointment is already a challenge, but even after securing one, they fail to follow through. I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled rotation, only to return and be told they “didn’t have enough time” to do the job. This isn’t a one-off issue. I came from getting an oil change and the dealership told me a new tire was going to be $365, bc I had a nail that was in an unrepairable spot. I figured I’ll go to Costco and save $100. To my surprise, Ismael, added more air, sprayed it to check for bubbles, and was able to remove the nail since it didn’t even penetrate the rubber. It was lodged sideways in the center tread. Ismael saved me $365. Fastest 10 minutes of my life. Great guy.
