I tried not to review, but something really needs to be done. I have been a Costco member for a while. I always by tires here. I understand stores get busy and workers are limited. I think it very disrespectful to have an appointment and still wait hours. I am in Costco as I speak. I had a 1:15pm appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. Great price and service. But always have to wait forever as there is usually just one person at the front. Also if you are 15 minutes late they will cancel your appointment just fyi. So best thing to do it show up 10 minutes early of your appointment because you usually have to wait more than 15 minutes and will therefore miss your appointment.
Plan to be at Costco for the entire day. Even if it’s just for one tire. Absolutely ridiculous.
The employees are very helpful and Rob at the front desk is always a big help. That being said the wait times are long. Regardless of what I am having done it takes much longer than expected. So good service but make sure your phone is charged and be prepared to wait.
