I don't understand how Costco can be so good at everything except for this tire center. This is the last time I bother with the included balance and rotation because I would much rather pay for the service than be stuck waiting so much longer than it should be. This is a place people buy perishables! You have to get this fixed. Take fewer appointments until you run on schedule. It is well below an acceptable level of service.

Never again. It’s not enough that their time estimate is always off, the guy at the desk was super rude on top of it. (Guy on right side wearing mask) We had an appointment and have been here over 2 hours. They still haven’t brought our car around. Booked an appointment the day earlier to have a screwed removed and plugged. Had to wait an hour and 7 minutes to get seen (only because I checked in with them twice). Nice enough people but absolutely terrible at managing customer expectations and scheduling.

I spent 4 hours waiting instead of 45 minutes. They are nice people but totally disorganized. I had an appointment today for a job that was supposed to take 45 minutes. It took them 3 hr. They never called me that the car was finished. One more hour of unnecessary waiting and trying to find out what is happening. Their system didn’t work and they were very confused. I wish them the best but they have to reorganize the way they work.

I wish 0 was an option. Just need a simple tire rotation. Booked an appointment ahead of time. Waited an hour and then went up to ask an ETA, they said it would still be another 30-45 minutes. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO ROTATE TIRES. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO ABIDE BY IT?? I am a loyal Costco member but will NEVER use this tire center again. Waste of time and complete disregard for their customer's time.
