I wish 0 was an option. Just need a simple tire rotation. Booked an appointment ahead of time. Waited an hour and then went up to ask an ETA, they said it would still be another 30-45 minutes. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO ROTATE TIRES. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO ABIDE BY IT?? I am a loyal Costco member but will NEVER use this tire center again. Waste of time and complete disregard for their customer's time.

The price is great but expect to wait at least an hour past the time you were told your car would be ready. I’ve gone twice for tire replacements and I waiting very long for services. I came to my 615 appointment 30 minutes early just in case they could get started on my vehicle but I understood if they wouldn’t start until my scheduled time. Always a two plus hour wait even with appointment. My wife and I stopped using the free rotation and balance that comes with purchase of the tires because we always get stuck waiting.
I got a great price on my tires compared to ordering online and getting them shipped to a tire shop. They also mentioned that I needed an alignment and advised the milage of need a tire rotation. Things were done by the time I finished shopping. Going to see if I can save money with them rotating and balancing the tires for free.
