The price is great but expect to wait at least an hour past the time you were told your car would be ready. I’ve gone twice for tire replacements and I waiting very long for services. I came to my 615 appointment 30 minutes early just in case they could get started on my vehicle but I understood if they wouldn’t start until my scheduled time. Always a two plus hour wait even with appointment. My wife and I stopped using the free rotation and balance that comes with purchase of the tires because we always get stuck waiting.
I got a great price on my tires compared to ordering online and getting them shipped to a tire shop. They also mentioned that I needed an alignment and advised the milage of need a tire rotation. Things were done by the time I finished shopping. Going to see if I can save money with them rotating and balancing the tires for free.
I tried not to review, but something really needs to be done. I have been a Costco member for a while. I always by tires here. I understand stores get busy and workers are limited. I think it very disrespectful to have an appointment and still wait hours. I am in Costco as I speak. I had a 1:15pm appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced.
