just wanted to let you know that Taylor at your customer service is fantastic. I tried ordering my wedding bands online and Costco corporate, canceled my order because they needed to verify how I was. I answered all the questions and identity correctly. And they still canceled my order. I went on Sunday and the couple of associates could not help me, So I tried again Tuesday and Taylor called Corporate called Affirm printed out my order showing it was canceled.
