I had a terrible experience at the tire center yesterday. I had a low tire and I stopped outside the bays. One of the guys got a spray bottle and found a nail in my tire. He told me to park and go inside. They told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I figured I could deal with that. Three hours later, they still didn't have it in a bay. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing because local Yakima management changes their policy every few months depending on which way the wind blows. It makes it difficult for customers to make decisions and therefore they wasted my time and money. However, they do still have the best deal on Michelin and Bridgestone, and all tire shops are a pain in the neck to work with, so I will still buy my next set of tires from them again.
