Had tires balanced and rotated and found they did not complete it because the manager told the worker "you're not going too do all them!" Worked stopped, all caught in video! Two times I've been here with very slow service. Bought tires here which are good it's the workers just have no desire to get on and stay on the job to get it done.
Adam is great! Super nice and helpful and willing to explain what’s going on. Put me at easy with how my tires were doing during my appointment!!
Probably the worst customer service in Yakima. I had a flat that needed to be repaired and after two phone calls and two visits I had them finally get the tire replaced and ordered. Other places would have acted quicker and with less of back and forth. Don’t waste your time.
It was like watching a glacier move. Almost like they were trying to move as slowly as humanely possible. I worked at Les Schwab for a few years and we had pride in our work ethic…we all did.
