I was very happy with the service and help things worked out well. 2 employees of the tire center I want to leave kudos for because they went out of their way to help me. I'm handicapped with a mobility walking problem and they were there to help me with that. I restarted my membership yesterday, but unfortunately my experience was very unpleasant. The woman who assisted me became rude and offensive when I declined something she was trying to sell me, even though I had not requested it. Her attitude felt insulting, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. If I had not needed the service at that moment, I probably would have left and gone somewhere else. If I could give less stars I would. I brought my car in to have 4 new tires installed (purchased from Costco). The car had not been in to ANY services here or anywhere else for at least 6 months. 1 week after tires installed the sensor was broken off and moving around inside the tire. They claim it was broken off and "someone tried to glue it back on" . They were the only ones to have touched my tires in the past 6 months. Costco may have great prices and even quality work, but they take forever to finish a job. Had a 2:30p appointment for a tire rotate and balance with the promise of it being ready in 1.5 hours. The job took 3 hours. This is not the first time for me but it is the last. If you bring your car to Costco double the time estimate they give you.
Overall it went ok to change out 4 tires, just a little over 2 hours. Unfortunately they didn't give me any paperwork at the end and I forgot to ask. I am going back today to get the paperwork/warranty and hoping this will go smoothly. I asked the guy at the desk about making a warranty claim for my old tires (Bridgestone, complete garbage) and this was clearly a discussion he was not interested in having.
