I called 5x for an appointment and I have been put on hold the whole time. Maximum time I waited was 20 mins and still my call was not answered.
Manager, Three days ago I came in with low tire pressure with probably a nail and your technicians told me it was “just low pressure.” They never checked the tire. Today at Coral Springs Costco, Lenny and his team immediately found a nail in my tire. I drive daily for hours, and this kind of negligence could have led to a serious accident.
