i just left the tire center . what an awful experience !!! Appointment at 230 , they took in the car at 330 .. after an hour they determined that they couldn't unscrew the lug nuts .. i got frustrated and left ...a complete lack of professionalism, sense of urgency and bad overall customer experience. i raised it to the manager Carlos he didn't even care to address... i am surprised that Costco has not done anything to address . this is not my first bad experience in the tire center with delays and lack of workmanship. but t... read more
I called 5x for an appointment and I have been put on hold the whole time. Maximum time I waited was 20 mins and still my call was not answered.
Manager, Three days ago I came in with low tire pressure with probably a nail and your technicians told me it was “just low pressure.” They never checked the tire. Today at Coral Springs Costco, Lenny and his team immediately found a nail in my tire. I drive daily for hours, and this kind of negligence could have led to a serious accident. Safety should never be ignored whether the tire is under warranty or the appointment is near closing time.
