Manager, Three days ago I came in with low tire pressure with probably a nail and your technicians told me it was “just low pressure.” They never checked the tire. Today at Coral Springs Costco, Lenny and his team immediately found a nail in my tire. I drive daily for hours, and this kind of negligence could have led to a serious accident. Showed up 45 minutes early to a scheduled appointment and was told it would be a hour and a half for new tires. Ended up taking 4 hours past my original scheduled time. Supervisor said there was no reason it should’ve taken as long as it did with no other explanation. Seems they put me on the back burner for other customers they knew. Extremely inconsiderate and disappointing.
