Website ordered wrong tires. This was not noticed until 1.5 hours into my installation appointment to install 2 tires. Not 4. 2. Took another hour for them to remount the original tires. Painfully slow service for something I had scheduled. Cancelling our membership after this experience.
I've had the good fortune of getting a nail in my cars tire twice in the past 6 months, costco tire center patched both tires quickly, professionally and for free.
UPDATE: For what should have been a free tire we paid $83.24. No one explained a thing to us until it came time to charge our card. Literally never again. This is our second time having a poor experience at the Costco tire center. Obviously not a good time to start with having a flat tire. We were really hoping for quick and efficient service. Pains me to rate something from Costco as one star, but unfortunately, the customer service at the Lacey Costco tire center warrants a negative review today. Learned the hard way that their road hazard Warranty is worthless, $1000 mistake. What really drops the review though is the smart ass attitude of the employee I was forced to deal with today buying your tires. Terrible customer service. Got charged $80 extra and got no apology or acknowledgement. Super rude staff.
