I’ve generally been very happy with Costco Tire Center in the past. The pricing is competitive, and I’ve appreciated that their tire packages include installation, rotation, and balancing. Between my household, we’ve had tires installed on five different vehicles, which shows how much trust I’ve placed in Costco over the years. Waited about 20 minutes before someone could help me. Then when it was my turn they said they need to reschedule. Granted I was late by 20 minutes, but my wait time did not matter. Then it took them another 30 minutes to get me my refund on the tire order that I wanted cancelled. Guess the customers time does not matter for Costco !!!
Good experience overall. Tires were ordered and arrived on time. They even saved my tire valve caps and put new green rubber ones on while saving my metal ones.
Just not what they say they are, three cars a hour my ass!
