Waited about 20 minutes before someone could help me. Then when it was my turn they said they need to reschedule. Granted I was late by 20 minutes, but my wait time did not matter. Then it took them another 30 minutes to get me my refund on the tire order that I wanted cancelled. Guess the customers time does not matter for Costco !!!
Good experience overall. Tires were ordered and arrived on time. They even saved my tire valve caps and put new green rubber ones on while saving my metal ones.
Just not what they say they are, three cars a hour my ass!
I have order my tires here. After 2 days dealer told me i can make appointment. I schedule today. I got there this morning give them my car. After 50 mins when I back here he just return my key and didn't tell me anything. After I check my car I found they didn't change my tires. Then I come back wanna figure out. They told me my tires didn't arrive yet. I just want to say. If I didn't check my car. Are they gonna just let me drive my car with old tires back? And keep the new tires which I paid about $750?
